On the whole Sita Ramam is a beautiful love story. The film has a decent first half and great second half. The scintillating performances by all the lead cast, the pleasing narrative, and the poetic writing will make you poignant and heartwarming. As the film is centered around a simple love story and war, it may not be overwhelming to the masses. Almost all the departments did a superlative job. Director Hanu gave us a beautiful and aesthetic love story that should surely be enjoyed on big screens. You can surely watch this film without a doubt. It is worth all your money.

However, some scenes and twists suffer with predictability and nostalgia. Bereft of this, the film works well. It just caters what it is projected to be and aimed for. Overall, it is worth a watch for its scale, grandeur, visuals and solid performances. Sita Ramam works with the class audiences. It is an experience to be experienced on the big screen.

Finally, Sita Ramam is a feel-good love story with an ok-ok first half and a good second half. An effective first half would have worked better, but the good things in store in the second half will still leave you with a contented feeling.

In an overview, Sita Ramam is a period drama that revolves around the love story of the lead pair. Director Hanu Raghavapudi made sure to hold the suspense factor till the end with his narrative and overcomes the mistakes done in previous films. But on the flip side, the runtime would have been trimmed close to fifteen minutes for an even better viewing experience.

Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur both delivered endearing performances that completely nailed the entire show.
