SSRajamouli gets it right yet again… RRR is a big screen spectacle that blends adrenaline pumping moments, emotions and patriotism magnificently… RRR has the power and potential to emerge a MASSIVE SUCCESS. Emotions have always been the mainstay of SSRajamouli’s films, RRR is no exception… Also, the outstanding action pieces and high-octane drama fit seamlessly in the narrative… However, it’s the emotional undercurrent that acts as a hook and lingers in your memory. If you thought Baahubali was a fluke, Baahubali2 benefitted largely due to the hype and RRR would pale in comparison, you’re wrong… SSRajamouli delivers a smart, enthralling and entertaining film that keeps you hooked, despite its marathon run time.

S.S. Rajamouli’s direction is so outstanding that the film becomes a textbook in filmmaking. His narration and presentation are so extraordinary that they keep the audience involved right from the start till the end, not giving them even a moment to think. On the whole, RRR is a blockbuster of epic proportions. It will roar at the box-office.

RRR is not perfection by any means because after the way Rajamouli pulls off certain scenes, you wonder if he could’ve done a better job in others. But watch this one this weekend if you’ve been longing for a good action packed drama. Especially so if you’re a fan of the lead duo.

RRR is a big-budget production that does not scrimp on anything at all. It lays it on thick – the background score does more than its bit to help. Ram Charan and NTR Jr, too, give it all they have. All of this might have added up nicely and the flair and flash might have genuinely lit up the screen had RRR not been what it essentially is – a willful mockery of a history that is crying out for more thoughtful and respectful treatment.

RRR is a roaring, rearing, rousing mix of genres — epic-mythological-action-superhero-bromance, that very SS Rajamouli concoction, which we are invited to swallow in one humungous gulp. It is also, needless to say, deafeningly loud. But given that the film compelled me to stay with it, and granted me much fun while at it, I was happy, for once, to sacrifice my ears temporarily.

Overall, RRR is a great addition to Rajamouli’s filmography and it is delightful to see a director stand his ground and a make a film without any compromises despite having two star heroes up front. He also doesn’t fail to satisfy the fans of both, taking a masterclass once more, on how to direct a mass commercial film with such astounding quality in all departments.

The RRR has breathtaking action scenes, arresting visuals that make us feel the intensity of the story, while it has its drawbacks like some predictable scenes. On the whole, RRR boils your blood, wets your eyes, and gives you goosebumps with some slow-but-not-dull scenes in the second half. Overall, RRR is a bRRRilliant and teRRRific portRRRayal of two patRRRiotic characters and their fictional fRRRiendship with wondeRRRful performances of Jr ntRRR and RRRam Charan.

Overall, RRR has a fabulous first half and a slightly underwhelming, but thoroughly engaging second half. If you are a fan of either of the stars, watching RRR is a no brainer decision. In case, you are not, the grandeur, larger than life making makes it a sure shot watch.
