Sultan ‘s 3 Day Total box office collection looks to be highest ever for 3 days in the history of Indian cinema beating Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s opening weekend

As per producer figures happy New year has the 3 day record at 108.86 Crore which has not been broken but as per Trade Happy New year only did 99.91 Crores which has been comfortably beaten.
Salman Khan’s Sultan is looking at a lower Day 3 at box office by around 10 -15 % due to Friday being a working day.
This is Salman Khan’s 10th movie to join 100 Crores Club in India.
In 3 days Sultan has become the 3rd highest grosser of 2016 beating lifetime collections of all movies except Airlift and Housefull 3 which should be overtaken by tomorrow.
Sultan looks set to record the following three records
1.) Beat Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s 3 days opening weekend record of 101.16 Crore ( Trade Figure)
2.) Become only the second movie to achieve 100 Crores in India in 3 days.
3) Have 3 Consecutive days of collections above 30 Crores and match Dhoom 3
Trade is expecting Friday to be at least 30 Crores so that Sultan can create a record for 5 days of at least 30 Crore
Dhoom 3 is the only movie to have 3 days of collections above 30 Crores.
Salman Khan has 4 top opening days among top 5 single day collections of all time after the huge numbers on day 1 and Day 2.
