First Friday to First  Monday decline of Kabali was a huge 70% but it is a trend with all tamil and telugu movies where day 1 is the highest day as a lot of full run hires are added to day 1

The  3 day All India gross is 124.25 Crore which is 7th highest all time with Sultan having higher India gross than Kabali.

3 day worldwide gross is more than 210 Crores.

Rajnikanth’s Kabali has broken all overseas records grossing $13 Million ( 87.5 Crore)  in its first weekend in overseas breaking Dhoom 3’s record in overseas.

In India  Kabali has crossed Sultan’s 3 day weekend total

Worldwide gross till Sunday has crossed 200 Crore.

Tamil Nadu: 48 Crores gross which is equal to nett due to no tax.

Kabali has further crossed $4 .25 million in Malaysia , Singapore and Phillipines which is a strong market for Tamil movies

Kabali has also crossed $2.25 Million in Gulf.

Kabalai has also grossed in Sri Lanka more than what any other hindi movie has grossed in Sri lanka

Tax Rates Difference

For Kabali in Tamil nadu nett and gross numbers are same because of no tax for tamil movies

For Karnataka, Kerala , Andhra, Telangana  tax rate is also much lower than that of rest of India so a tamil or a telugu movie should not be compared in nett numbers directly with a hindi movie which faces tax rate of more than 30% in many states hitting a peak of 65% in Uttar Pradesh.
