The costume designers too have taken pains to ensure that the screen is lively and abounds with colours. With wide angle lenses, cinematographer S Kumar Bhagat’s frames capture the picturesque locations of Rajasthan. He has also experimented with some delicate silhouettes that stand out. The visuals help to break the monotony of watching a staid and predictable story unfurl.Watch Bezubaan Ishq only if you are a die-hard romantic and have nothing better to view.

Jashwant Gangani’s direction is not bad but does appear dated like the drama. On the whole, Bezubaan Ishq will be a mute spectator to its rejection at the box-office due to lack of merits.

Slow-mo dream sequences pretty much form the whole story. Speaking of the lead actors, Ullal barely speaks and the hero is over-expressive. Godse is decent but she has nothing substantial to do. Bezuban Ishq looks like an unintentional spoof of dated romantic films. The animation used in the last scene will crack you up!

On a serious note, it is extremely disturbing how a film with such archaic views got through the censors with a U certificate. One remembers Grand Masti being called obscene.Funny thing is, Bezubaan Ishq displays the same attitude towards women, only it disguises itself under the garb of morals and values.Even more amusing is the fact that while the former was an adult film, the trash that Bezubaan Ishq doles out, is open for viewing even for impressionable audiences.
