Most of the trade was backing this movie over Airlift so this has come out as a bit of shocker in trade as they all expected this movie to at least have a 25 Crores weekend.

Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 has opened well in mass areas single screens and in Mumbai Maharashtra belt where it was neck and neck with Airlift.
Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 is poor in multiplexes.
Kya Kool Hain Hum has the benefit of being branded sequel and the previous version had opened at 6.5 Crores at day 1.

All India Theatrical has been sold at 35 Crores Minimum Guarantee to distributors by balaji. This is double the price of next week’s Mastizaade as well as higher than what Airlift got from distributors.
Producers have already made a profit but distributors have brought it at a very high price.
