These are decent numbers and higher than opening day of Creature 3D or 1920 Evil Returns.
These numbers are however much lower than a Raaz 3 or Ragini MMS 2 but the costs are lower too.
Alone has a very wide release of roughly 1600 screens and was expected to have a higher opening than what it got.
Alone did its best business in single screens and tier 2 cities where horror always works well.
Alone is a low budget movie and a decent week can get it to safety

Alone’s satellite rights are unlikely to be sold as it is categorized as an adult movie so all the recovery is going to be from theatrical business only.
