The Shaukeens is off to very slow start at the box office and these collections are very average for a big budget movie.

Shaukeens had a decently wide release of around 1800 screens and hence these kind of numbers are below expectations.

Audience was aware that  Akshay Kumar only has a cameo in the movie  and hence the opening was lower

Shaukeens will really depend on an increase in good word of mouth to survive
