OUATIMD Satellite and Music Rights:
Its satellite rights were sold at Rs 45 Crore in a package deal with Ek Thi Dayaan and Shootout at Wadala. While Music and Home Video rights were sold at 5 Crore.

Due to the contract signed by UTV with most halls that they had to continue showing Chennai Express on 15th of August. OUATIMD was forced to open in low screens
From Friday Onwards OUTAMID moved up to 2500 screens.
OUATIMD released in a low 1600 screens that too on smaller screens and with some screens shared with Chennai Express.
For a large chain like PVR OUATIMD had just 6-7 shows while Chennai Express had 12-13 shows per property. This will change from Friday.
