This is 10th Highest Opening Day collection of All Time.

This  number is Salman’s lowest opening since Dabangg and is lower than Bodyguard and  Yeh Jawani Hain Deewani  

These numbers are lower than what trade estimated it to be and it remains to be seen if the movie grows over the weekend.

Jai Ho was great at single screens but poor at multiplexes and had one of the worst Salman Khan opening in multiplexes since Wanted.

Taken in entirety box office numbers are not bad but distributors and trade had expected more from a Salman Khan movie and will  face losses.

It seems multiplex audiences are not in mood for more masala movies and that is reflecting for Jai Ho
