Xander Cage has still done better than OK Jaanu in hindi belt but has remained much below Vin Diesel’s Fast and Furious 7 in India and that too after having Deepika Padukone.
Wierd release schedule and big Telugu and Tamil movies has restricted its potential.

XXX: Return of Xander Cage is releasing in India one week ahead of its opening in USA and other countries
The previous versions of the movie had opened well in India with XXX 2 State of Union grossing $ 2 Million in India in 2005 without starring Vin Diesel
Worldwide XXX had grossed $ 277 Million way back in 2002 to be a blockbuster and its second version XXX 2 State of Union which did not star Vin Diesel had flopped with a just $ 71 million gross worldwide.
Vin Diesel achieved big league stardom with Fast and Furious 7 which was a billion dollar grosser and that has seen this action franchise being revived.
Fast and Furious 7 was a 100 Crore grosser in India.
XXX: Return of Xander Cage Budget
XXX: Return of Xander Cage is estimated to be made on a budget of $ 85 Million which is at same levels as XXX 2 but higher than the budgets of XXX. Original XXX was made at a budget of$ 70 Million and XXX 2 State of Union which was budgeted at $ 87 Million
