Tuesday was Bhai Dooj holiday across many parts of North India and Krrish 3 took full advantages of that. Family audiences have taken to the movie in a big way that too across mass centers in interiors of India . Across metros where hollywood has decent penetration its not performing as well but is still putting good numbers.

Box Office Records Broken:
As per producers figure Chennai express 5 days + paid previews box office collections were 124.54 Crore  which have been overtaken by Krrish 3 producers figure (125.3 Crore for Hindi version alone). However as per trade figures it is still behind though it is now second fastest to 100 crore mark as per trade figures. As per trade figures Chennai express was at 115 crores after 5 days + paid previews while Krrish 3 is at 102 crores
