Entertainment help up well on Monday with a drop of only about 33% from Friday.

North India was very good giving the movie a good chance.

Budget: 85 Crores (Inclusive of advertising cost)

12.53 Crore (trade figure)
14 Crore producer Figure

This is 9th Highest Opening weekend of 2014 and is much lower than that of Holiday.

Entertainment’s opening weekend is below that of  Humshakals and Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania.

This is 6th Highest Opening weekend for  Akshay Kumar.

Saturday :

Friday Day 1:
9.25 Crore (Trade figure)
11.16 Crore ( producer Figure)

Entertainment failed to grow on Saturday and was in the same range as on Friday.

It now depends completely on family audiences to give it a boost on Sunday.

It is tracking at same level as Humshakals (though humshakals crashed from Monday) and will end either 7th or 8th highest weekend of 2014 but weekend is much lower than Holiday.

The First day is lower than Holiday’s  opening day and even Humshakal’s opening day.

First day of entertainment is just higher than Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania  to be 8th highest opening day of 2014

This is Akshay Kumar’s 8th Highest opening day ever behind even Housefull which opened in 2010

Entertainment opened purely on Akshay’s star power being very good in North and Central India but average everywhere else.

Comedy movies are a big draw in North where even Humshakals had opened at the same level before crashing on Monday.

Entertainment opened  very well with single screens doing better than Holiday but multiplexes being worse than Holiday on its opening day.

All metros except Delhi  were all very poor.
