Hate Story 2 had a slight fall in its collection on Day 2 with single screens falling and multiplexes growing but even this is much better than expectations.

Earlier:

This is 14th Highest Opening day of 2014 and just lower than that of Hasee Toh Phasee.

Hate Story had a very good start at the box office considering its low costs.

This is more than double of the original hate Story which had an opening of 2.1 Crore.

Hate Story 2 was expected to do well at single screens but not at multiplexes but surprisingly it had very good collections at multiplexes too.

North India led the pack with Punjab , Rajasthan, Delhi  and UP doing the best business.

In fact if it had not been Ramzan movie would have done even better at Single screens.

Erotica genre always has it appeal  and this movie has again proved it.
