The minimum trade expectation from Ram Leela is to have a 10 crore + opening day.

Ram Leela ‘s success can make Ranveer Singh a decent star but the movie’s opening is mainly on the current strength of Deepika Padukone who is current number one heroine on box office post YJHD and Chennai Express two blockbusters.
Ram Leela is very strong in multiplexes but has got average opening in single screens. Its appeal seem to be very strong in multiplexes with many night shows currently being very strong
Its a high cost movie and will need sustained performance to be a hit.
