Aa Dekhen Zara ends up giving a listener what he/she expected in the first place. None of the songs in the album are a bad hear at all with a couple of them (‘Aa Dekhen Zara’ and ‘Mohabbat Aap Se’) turning out to be the pick of the lot. Moreover, if promoted aggressively, even ‘Gazab’ has good potential. A decent soundtrack.

Aa Dekhen Zara is another audible Bollywood ”party-album” with all ”disco-dhamaal” in constructively innovative 80’s flavored thriller appeals. Gourav Dasgupta lauds up with couple of spicy and massy tracks like ”Aa Dekhen Zara”, ”Power” and Rock the Party” while Pritam makes it a ”decent-hear” with two likeable tracks in ”Gazab” and ”Mohabbat Aapse”.

The opening track Gazab is a breezy listen. A hip-club number with corny lyrics like ‘Gazab Haiyo Rama Zulum Haiyo Rama’, the fusion surprisingly works well. It gets even better in the club mix.But after a spirited beginning ADZ starts going downhill, till a classic salvages the album from disaster.Verdict: Download the new Aa Dekhen Zara on your phone and give the other tracks a miss

To cut a long story short, AA DEKHEN ZARA is another audible Bollywood ”party-album” with all ”disco-dhamaal” in constructively innovative 80’s flavored thriller appeals. Neil Nitin Mukesh singing efforts is appreciable but still not newsmakers to surprise all. Gourav Dasgupta lauds up with couple of spicy and massy tracks like ”Aa Dekhen Zara”, ”Power” and Rock the Party” while Pritam makes it a ”decent-hear” affair with two likeable tracks in ”Gazab” and ”Mohabbat Aapse”. ”Aa Dekhen Zara” and ”Gazab” can be ranked as front runners while rest of them waits for a good on-screen show of the flick.

If you are expecting music of ‘Aa Dekhen Zara’ to be in the same league as the superhit track Aa dekhen zara of ‘80s then you will meet sheer disappointment. The music of the movie is less than average and two tracks by Pritam don’t do any good to the movie’s soundtrack.
