In the process of narrating the story, Boyapati ticks of every box that is key to mainstream cinema in our side of the world. From eventually meeting his nemesis to harassing a girl into falling for him to being let go scot-free despite his numerous run-ins with the law, there's no element in the formula that he misses. Also, the usual gravity defying stunts, the punch dialogues, flexing of muscles and reddening of the eye are a key part of the puzzle that makes the formula

This is director Boyapati’s weakest story that is told in boring way. Except some scenes in first half and the sequence of Allu Arjun surrendering to the police and revealing about the real villain, the movie has no worth scenes. Neither the movie has any entertainment. All in all, Allu Arjun and Boyapati have come up with an out and out mass movie that has no great scenes.

An oldish formula and story line. Bunny is immensely watchable in the massiest ever role of his. Watch out for enthralling action. Expect no wow stuff except for Bunny.

On the whole, Sarrainodu is indeed a Oora mass entertainer. The film has many elements which will enthrall the fans and general audience big time. Bunny’s stunning transformation, Aadi’s screen presence and amazing action sequences are huge assets. If you are OK with too much violence and manage to bear the last fifteen minutes, you can happily watch Sarrainodu, which will end up as a typical masala entertainer this summer.

On the whole, Sarainodu is a well-blended commercial mix, with a bit of sentiment, comedy, glamour and a lot of action. Give it a watch for the blockbuster performance of Allu Arjun and of course, the film served its purpose in showcasing the actor as a potential mass icon.

At 159 minutes, Sarrainodu entertains in parts but struggles to keep you hooked. The entertainment comes from the fact that there’s an actor in control, who rises above the mediocre, redundant plot.If a film is tailor-made to draw on the strengths of an actor and please his growing fan base, it also needs a good plot and imaginative storytelling. What we get is a beaten-to-death trope of a villain, backed by his politician father, indulging in land grabbing and brutally killing anyone in his path.
